1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the Rovexas Android application, the Rovexas download website, and related services (together, the “Service”). “Rovexas,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Rovexas Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use Rovexas.
2. Adults-only service and mature content
Rovexas is strictly for adults aged 18 or older and may include user-generated nudity, sexual themes, or sexually explicit content involving consenting adults. By accessing Rovexas, including as a guest, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to view adult content where you live.
Users must never upload, request, distribute, or promote content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual intimate imagery. We may preserve and disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when required or permitted by law.
Date-of-birth or age-confirmation information may be used to enforce the age restriction. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a person is underage or has supplied false age information.
3. Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you create an account, we may collect your email address, authentication credentials handled by our authentication provider, username, display name, date of birth, biography, profile and cover images, website, account settings, and verification or account-status information.
Content and communications
We process posts, captions, photos, videos, stories, comments, reactions, polls, saved items, and other content you upload. We also process direct messages, attachments, voice notes, delivery status, and read receipts. Public posts and profile information can be seen by other users and, where the public feed is available, by guests.
Social, safety, and moderation information
We collect follows, friendships, blocks, reports, appeals, notification preferences, content status, moderation decisions, and related records. Reports may include the content reported, the reason, relevant account identifiers, and the reporter’s explanation.
Device, app, and notification information
We may process device platform, app version, push-notification token, notification interactions, technical diagnostics, network information, and IP address as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and deliver the Service. Hosting and security providers may process request logs.
Guest analytics
When you browse without signing in, Rovexas records privacy-limited analytics such as a random identifier that rotates daily, a random session identifier, session start, home-page views, device platform, and app version. This guest record is not designed to contain your email, advertising ID, precise location, or signed-in identity.
Advertising information
Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, general location inferred from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and—where permitted and consented to—personalize ads.
Permissions and media access
With your permission, Rovexas may access selected photos or videos, the camera, microphone, and notifications when you use features that need them. You can manage these permissions in Android settings.
4. How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, feeds, guest browsing, posting, stories, messaging, search, social connections, and notifications.
- Display, rank, recommend, and personalize content and features.
- Deliver and measure advertising, subject to consent and regional requirements.
- Moderate content, review reports, enforce age and safety rules, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect users.
- Maintain reliability, diagnose failures, understand aggregate usage, and improve Rovexas.
- Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Service. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Content visibility and moderation
Public profile details and public user content are visible to other users and may be visible to signed-out guests. Do not post information you want to keep private. Other people may copy, save, or share content that you make public.
Direct messages are intended for conversation participants, but authorized personnel may access relevant information when necessary to investigate reports, protect safety, troubleshoot the Service, enforce rules, or comply with law. Moderators may inspect reported or potentially violating public content and associated account or activity records.
Deleting content removes it from ordinary display, but copies may remain for a limited period in backups, safety systems, legal records, or copies made by other users.
6. Advertising and consent choices
Rovexas uses Google AdMob to show ads, including to guests. Where required, Rovexas requests consent before loading ads or offers privacy options for personalized advertising. You can also limit ad personalization through Android or Google settings. If consent is not available, ads may be non-personalized or may not be shown.

8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and integrity, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held. Public content generally remains until you delete it or your account, subject to safety, backup, and legal exceptions.
You can permanently delete your account inside Rovexas under Settings → Account → Delete account. You may also initiate a request from our account deletion page. Account deletion removes your profile, posts, stories, messages, relationships, notifications, and settings from active systems, except information we must retain temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup restoration.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can edit profile information, delete your posts, manage notifications, withdraw eligible advertising consent, control Android permissions, block users, and delete your account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Send requests to blushfemin@gmail.com. Include the email address or username connected to your account and describe the request. Do not send your password.
10. Security and data transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport, authentication controls, database access policies, restricted moderation tools, and service monitoring. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Rovexas and its providers may process information across borders. Where required, transfers are handled using recognized legal safeguards.
Children and teenagers
Rovexas is not directed to children or teenagers and does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the Service. If we learn that an underage person has created an account or supplied personal information, we will take steps to remove the account and associated information. Report suspected underage use immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy as Rovexas changes. We will post the revised version here and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may also provide an in-app notice or another appropriate notice.
